A confirmed travel booking is also governed by the booking-specific terms, itinerary and supplier conditions provided with your written quote. If there is a conflict, mandatory consumer law applies first, followed by the accepted booking documents for the service concerned.
Information, availability and prices
Website descriptions, availability and "from" prices are general planning information. Unless stated otherwise in a written quote, package prices are indicative per golfer and do not guarantee a particular room, tee time, transfer or travel date. Amounts are shown only in currencies published for that product; this website does not estimate or perform currency conversion.
We will check the requested hotel, golf and transfer services before confirming a booking. The written quote will identify the included services, applicable currency and price, payment schedule, and any booking-specific amendment or cancellation conditions.
When a booking is confirmed
Sending a form, using the AI assistant, receiving an automated reply, or asking for a quote does not create a booking. A booking is confirmed only when you accept the written quote, complete any payment required at that stage, and receive our written booking confirmation. Please check names, dates, services and contact details in the confirmation promptly and tell us about any error.
Payment
Payment amounts, due dates, accepted methods and the party receiving payment will be stated in the written quote or invoice. Do not send card or bank details through the website chat. A late or failed payment may affect availability, but we will explain the relevant consequence in the booking documents before payment is due.
Changes and cancellations
If you want to change or cancel a request or confirmed booking, contact us as soon as possible. The conditions and any supplier charges stated in the accepted quote apply to that booking. We will tell you about a material supplier change and the options available under the booking terms and applicable law. Nothing on this page removes a cancellation, refund or other consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Travel documents and traveller information
You are responsible for giving accurate traveller details and checking passport, visa, entry, health, insurance and golf-course requirements that apply to your party. Requirements can change, so use official government and supplier sources before travel. Tell us before booking about mobility, dietary or other service needs so that availability can be checked; a request is not guaranteed until confirmed in writing.
Hotels, courses and other suppliers
Hotels, golf courses and transfer operators may provide parts of the trip. Their identity and relevant conditions will be included in the quote or booking documents. Images, facilities, course maintenance plans and operating schedules may change. We will not exclude or limit responsibility where doing so is prohibited by applicable law.
