What we store
The current site does not store a currency preference or any other visitor preference in local storage. Public prices are shown in EUR; another currency is quoted on request rather than estimated.
Optional live chat
The tawk.to service is not loaded during an ordinary page visit. Our contact menu explains the service before you choose Start live chat. Starting the chat loads tawk.to, which may store cookies and session data to operate the conversation and recognise the chat session. You can choose the quote form or email instead.
Read tawk.to's Privacy Policy for its cookie and data handling. The site does not load advertising or analytics tools as part of an ordinary page visit. Marketing preferences in the quote form are optional and separate from live chat.
Managing site data
You can clear this website's stored data using your browser settings, including any chat cookies created after you started live chat. Clearing these may remove the chat session. Closing the chat window does not itself erase cookies already stored by your browser.
Changes to this policy
If we introduce analytics or marketing tools in the future, we will update this policy and add a cookie-consent mechanism before those tools are activated. Questions: info@alexagolf.com.
