Twilight usually describes a late-day booking or rate. It tells a player something about timing, but not enough about the playing conditions. If a course has no suitable lighting, sunset remains a practical limit. Ask the club how its twilight product works, whether it is for a set number of holes and what happens if the round is unfinished. Do not budget for 18 holes simply because the first tee time falls before sunset.
Floodlit golf relies on the club operating its lighting system for the booked holes. It should be requested explicitly.
